September 2026
Walking into a salon you have never been to is a small leap of faith. So here is exactly how a first appointment with us goes — no surprises, no mystery pricing, and nothing you have to guess at before you arrive.
Where we are and where to park
We are inside the plaza at 5555 Golden Gate Pkwy, Suite 141, Naples, FL 34116, with free parking right in front of the door. There is no garage, no ticket and no hunting for a spot on the street — pull in and you are a few steps from the salon.
When to come, and whether you need an appointment
Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and we are closed on Sunday. We welcome walk-ins whenever a chair is free, but appointments always come first, so booking ahead is the only way to be sure of a time. For color, balayage and bridal, book ahead — those services need a long chair that rarely opens up the same day.
Arrive a few minutes early
Ten minutes is plenty. It gives you time to settle, to look at what you brought and to talk through the plan without the clock already running. Arriving right on the minute is fine too; arriving late simply shortens what we can do in the time held for you.
Bring photos — and the honest ones
- Two or three inspiration photos in natural light, not a heavily filtered one.
- A photo of your hair as it is today, including any old color or box dye. This matters more than the inspiration picture.
- Anything you hate. Knowing what you do not want saves more time than anything else in the consultation.
The consultation comes first
Nothing starts until we have talked. We look at your hair or your skin, tell you what is realistic today, what needs a second visit, and what it will cost before we begin. If what you are asking for would damage your hair to reach in one sitting, we will say so and offer a route that gets you there safely instead. You will never get a surprise number at the desk.
If you are coming for the medical side
IV drips, vitamin injections and the Semaglutide weight-loss program are handled under medical supervision by our nurse practitioner and medical esthetician, not by the salon floor. For Semaglutide, lab work is required before your first dose, so that first appointment is a conversation rather than a treatment.
Two more things worth knowing
Our team works in English and Spanish, so book in whichever you are more comfortable in. And if something comes up, give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another guest and we will happily rebook you.
Ready? Message us on WhatsApp or call or text (239) 634-5817 with the service you would like and your preferred time, and we will confirm right away.
